Early Years Provision
At Imperial Oak School, we warmly welcome children from age 4 who have special educational needs (SEN). We understand that the early years are a crucial stage for laying strong foundations in learning, social skills, and confidence.
Who We Support
- Children with identified special needs
- Children whose needs are emerging or still being assessed
- Children who are in the process of securing an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP)
Guidance for Families
Navigating the EHCP application can feel overwhelming. Our experienced team provides practical guidance and step-by-step support for parents and carers throughout the application process. From gathering evidence to understanding local authority requirements, we are here to help you secure the right provision for your child.
Funding Options
We are an approved provider for the government’s Early Years 30-Hour Free Funding. Eligible families can access up to 30 hours of free early education and childcare each week, helping to make specialist support more affordable. We can advise you on eligibility criteria and guide you through the funding application if needed.
